Blazer Jobs is now hiring a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve school districts in Carmichael, CA, for the 20252026 school calendar year. This full-time, contract role is ideal for clinicians dedicated to supporting multilingual students through inclusive communication services.
Position Type: Full-Time | School-Based | Contract
Pay Rate: Starting at $65/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:

Perform bilingual speech and language evaluations (English and Spanish)

Develop and implement culturally responsive IEPs

Deliver therapy aligned with bilingual student needs and IEP goals

Work closely with families, educators, and other support staff

Ensure compliance with federal and California education standards
Federal and California State Requirements:
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
-
California state SLP license through the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
-
Demonstrated bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Background check and fingerprint clearance through the California Department of Justice

Authorization to work in the United States
